Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Nasy application and related services (“Nasy”), provided by The Collective Mind FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Nasy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Nasy.

1. The service

Nasy is a personal CRM that helps you remember and maintain your relationships. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Nasy.

3. Your content

The contacts, notes, reminders, and other content you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to store the contact information you add, and for using it lawfully.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Nasy offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan at USD 7.99 / month. Pricing may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Payment is handled by our payment provider (Stripe) at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: Pro renews automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: you can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free tier.
• Refunds: payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated, except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nasy for unlawful purposes or to send spam or harassment.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service or its AI features.
• Store data about others in violation of applicable privacy laws.

6. AI features

Nasy offers AI-assisted features (such as briefings and drafted messages). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sending it. AI features are subject to free-tier limits.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Nasy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we are required to act on by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Nasy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Collective Mind FZE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
