This page explains how to delete your Nasy account and the data associated with it. Nasy is operated by The Collective Mind FZE (United Arab Emirates).
How to request deletion
Email support@nasy.app from the email address on your Nasy account, with the subject “Delete my Nasy account”. Follow these steps:
- Send the email from the same address you use to sign in (so we can verify ownership).
- Include the word “Delete” in the subject or body.
- We confirm and process the request, then email you when it is complete.
We respond within 30 days. You can also delete individual contacts, notes, documents, reminders, and your card directly inside the app at any time without deleting your whole account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, phone, password).
- All contacts you created and their notes, tags, categories, and logged interactions.
- Your reminders, events, documents, and uploaded images.
- Your shareable contact card.
What may be retained
We retain a limited set of records only where required by law or accounting obligations — for example, billing/transaction records associated with a past Pro subscription. These are kept for the legally required period and then deleted. Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.
Timing
Personal content is deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except for the limited records noted above.
